I have been seeing Joe from Under the Skin Sports Massage since May 2017. The hour a week that he works on me helps my body recover from working long days and daily training regime. Even though I have deep Sports Massage, I find it the most relaxing time of the week for me as I can just switch off!
Joe has a great understanding at what part of my body needs attention and how to get it back functioning normally. The session really splits my busy week up and the physical and psychological benefits I get from it are fantastic.

As a late comer to working out I need to look after my joints and muscles extra carefully. I exercise a lot and do a lot of mobility work already but the sports massages I have from Joe have enhanced my performance leaps and bounds. I had a massage before a work out recently and I felt like I’d been oiled! I would suggest that anyone that does a lot of sport, CrossFit’s or just exercises regularly, checks Joe out. And his banter, well you get that for free and it’s worth paying for by itself..
